Rotown uitverkocht tijdens de grote prijs van zuidholland!!
Peter en ik hebben heerlijk gespeeld, en goede reacties gekregen.
Jammer genoeg koos de jury voor een conservatorium bandje, waar weinig singersongwriter aan te bekennen was, helaas voor ons als wel echte songwriters. Dit was overigens ook het eerste jaar dat de 'spelregels' veranderd waren.
Maar goed, wij hebben het wel naar ons zin gehad. That is what matters, isn't it??

Hi Vera, it sucked that they allowed bands. i noticed when I was looking for the rules about what kind of accompaniment was allowed, I couldnt find information about it ANYWHERE... it was so fucking vague.
When I walked into Rotown I wondered what the hell a drumkit was doing there, i knew there were at least a couple of duos playing but it was so ridiculous.
It sucks because you deserved way better. This is a scandal. Oh well fuck it we will do some nice gigs together in the future.
Jaap is going to write a nice article about it so this is not the last word.
How could anyone take a competition done this way seriously after this, geez.
